Dressing the Bump: Finding the Looks at Fashion Outlets at Niagara Falls
It's pretty clear my mission in this pregnancy is finding some (decent) clothing that isn't ill-fitting and outdated looking...and then sharing it with the world!If you've been following on Instagram, I've been sharing try-ons and ideas on some maternity styles and I found some good pieces that are maternity AND non-maternity at the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls. We're not pregnant forever and the Fashion Outlets is the perfect place to find some basics that will carry you through your trimesters! I spent under $100 at each store- you can't beat that.
H&M Non-Maternity Looks
When looking for something that works for your expanding belly, watch for free flows and wide cuts that you can take up a size or two. H&M at the Outlets has great prices on so much of the store and I scored this peasant top in one size up that still has room for more weeks ahead!
Tunics! So good with leggings or skinny jeans and booties to elongate your legs. I grabbed this two sizes up!
Work wear can be found at the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls! Try non-maternity pieces on to see how they work with your belly. These pants are an elastic higher style that works under your belly and I went up two sizes in this workwear top.
Found this rain jackets at H&M! If you want to zip...I wish you luck! However, if you don't mind wearing a longer scarf or finding jackets for spring where you don't have to zip- you can still buy non-maternity jackets at a low price.
Workout Pieces at Old Navy
You can also find really good deals at Old Navy at the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls. I specifically eyed up a couple workout pieces there and found their yoga tops worked well with a size up![wpvideo L4nH5XYw ]Zip ups at Old Navy were $10! I grabbed the white one to utilize during and after pregnancy. I was quite shocked at the prices to be honest! The black crop tee works when paired with an over the bump workout pant so you can still show off shape without being weighed down.
Destination Maternity Classic Pieces
I found some great classic must-haves at the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls! Staples all pregos need- especially some basics at Destination Maternity. I'm obsessing over the solid dresses like this black one, which you can wear with so much. This one I used a kimono duster already in my closet!
You're going to want one to two dressier options during your pregnancy. I have the same black dress from above paired with a cropped sequin sweater.
I found over the bump jeans at the Outlets which are stretchy and comfy- you need a classic dark skinny denim![wpvideo 5dJeFJCk ]Grab a second pair, especially when they have a sale! It made me feel better about what I was spending and knowing that I can still find good pieces at great prices during my pregnancy.
